Just what is Coachella?  Coachella has grown to be one of the world's most-loved festivals, which attracts over 200,000 people to the Palm Springs area.  Headliners for this year's festival include The Weeknd, Beyoncé, and Eminem, who will perform both weekends on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Sunmore Estate - A Treasure Trove of Mid-Century Homes

Manufactured homes have increased 4 times more than single family homes in Palm Springs!

 

In south Palm Springs, the median price for manufactured homes is up 26% in 2017 compared to 2016. (www.theMLS.com).   By comparison, for single family homes in Palm Springs, the median price is up 6.6%.  (Palm Springs Assoc of Realtors Market Watch, October 2017). 

RESULTS:  MANUFACTURED HOMES HAVE GONE UP 4 TIMES MORE THAN SINGLE FAMILY HOMES IN PALM SPRINGS in 2017.
