The Paul Kaplan Group has been selling homes in all of these neighborhoods for two decades now, and are the local experts.  We'd like to introduce you to the El Rancho Vista Estates neighborhood in central Palm Springs which is a small enclave of homes, the majority of which were designed by Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison and built by developer Roy Fey.
