The Paul Kaplan Group is gearing up for Palm Springs' MODERNISM WEEK 2018

We're just a month away from the Palm Springs Modernism celebrations and the Paul Kaplan Group team is excited about showing off Palm Springs and everything modern!  We're also looking forward  to continuing the annual tradition of the Modernism Yard Sale! Our tradition continues for the 8th year, and PKG will be serving up free donuts while you hunt for vintage treasures at the sale, which is being held on Sunday, February 25, 8am - 12pm at H3K Design Parking Lot -  501 S. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs 92264. Admission:  FREE!

THE PALM SPRINGS FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS PARADE

Throw on your  (faux) fur coat  & head on down to your fav Palm Canyon Drive bar, to enjoy the annual Festival of Lights Parade in Palm Springs!

When: Saturday night.  We look forward to this lively, home town event every year at The Paul Kaplan Kaplan Group, to kick off the holiday season.

 

It’s the 25th annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade and everyone is invited to the celebration!  Be among the 100,000+ spectators who come all over the Coachella Valley and throughout the country to enjoy this very special night of wonder, excitement and good cheer.

Set for Saturday, December 2nd beginning at 5:45 pm, the parade will ring in the season with more than 90 floats decked out in holiday

The Paul Kaplan Group welcomes new development and businesses to downtown Palm Springs.

This week marked a major step in the redevelopment of downtown Palm Springs, with the opening of the Kimpton Rowan hotel and the adjacent Starbucks Reserve Bar, as well as Museum Way – a new road connecting Palm Canyon Drive and the Palm Springs Art Museum.

Seriously, Team Diva touring houses in the Seattle downpour has been an experience. Every day we put on our puffy jackets and wonder if this will be the last day.
