Overall the Palm Springs Real Estate market saw little change in April compared to March and year to date from April 2015.

Compared to the previous month, the Palm Springs residential real estate market has experienced a 2.5% over March 2015.  The average sales price in Palm Springs has increased just over 1% compared to 2015. 

The total sold listings in April increased about 1% compared to March.  Over all, total sales are down about 14% compared to 2015.  However the average days that a listing was on the market is 88 days.  This compares to March, which was 92; homes sold approximately 4% faster then the previous month
