I'm Paul Kaplan and I formed the Modern Real Estate Group to offer specialized services to those clients that that are interested in buying or selling an architectural property in Palm Springs. My background and degree is in architecture. It was a natural decision to live in Palm Springs, which has one of the richest collections of modern architecture. I share my love of Palm Springs and its impressive mid-century history, with those clients that are passionate for design and architecture.
